Η Εύα Παπαχριστοπούλου είναι δασκάλα στο Διαπολιτισμικό Δημοτικό Σχολείο Π. Φαλήρου με μεταπτυχιακό στην Πολιτική Επιστήμη και Ιστορία από το Πάντειο Πανεπιστήμιο. Έχει εργαστεί ως επιμορφώτρια στο Συμβούλιο της Ευρώπης και το Ευρωπαϊκό Κέντρο Wergeland στην 1η Ελληνική Θερινή Ακαδημία για τα Ανθρώπινα Δικαιώματα. Επίσης, έχει εργαστεί ως μεταφράστρια υλικού σχετικά με τη Δημοκρατική Ιδιότητα του Πολίτη και τα Ανθρώπινα Δικαιώματα (EDC/HRE) και έχει υλοποιήσει πολλά εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα και επιμορφώσεις στα συγκεκριμένα θέματα.
